Peer Learning / Study Groups

Definition

Peer Learning is a central pedagogical concept in MBA programs. Students learn from each other through structured study groups, discussions, and collaborative project work. Since MBA students bring diverse professional backgrounds (engineers, doctors, lawyers, entrepreneurs), everyone benefits from the exchange of experience. Study groups typically consist of 4-6 students with different profiles working together on case studies, presentations, and exam preparation.

Example: "The fixed study group met online every Tuesday evening."
