DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion)

Definition

DEI stands for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In management education, DEI is considered a driver of innovation, employee retention and business success. Leading business schools embed DEI in curriculum, admissions (diversity scholarships), faculty and case studies. Despite anti-DEI debates in the US, DEI remains a firm component of modern MBA programs in Europe and an important selection criterion for values-driven candidates.

Example: "The school publishes DEI metrics on its cohorts every year."
