Assessment Center (MBA)

Definition

An assessment center in the MBA context is a multi-hour selection process used by some business schools instead of or in addition to the GMAT. It typically includes group exercises, case studies, presentations, and individual interviews. It evaluates analytical skills, teamwork, leadership potential, and communication skills.

Example: "In the assessment centre, applicants worked on a case study in small groups."
