Enrollment
Definition
Enrollment (Immatrikulation in German) is the formal process of being admitted as a student at a university. After a successful application and admission, students are officially admitted to the university through enrollment and receive their student status. For MBA programs, the process often includes payment of the first tuition installment and participation in an orientation week in addition to enrollment.
Example: "After the offer, enrolment took place within two weeks."
