Dual Studies
Definition
A dual study program combines academic education at a university with practical work experience in a company. Students alternate between theory and practice phases and usually receive remuneration from the partner company. Dual Master programs are particularly common in business administration and engineering.
Example: "In her dual study programme she alternates every three months between university and her employer."
