Capstone Project
Definition
A Capstone Project is a comprehensive final project at the end of an MBA program in which students apply their acquired knowledge from all subject areas (strategy, finance, marketing, operations) to a real-world practical project. It is often conducted in collaboration with a company and includes analysis, strategy development, and action recommendations. The Capstone Project is an important component of many MBA curricula and serves as a bridge between study and professional practice.
Example: "In the capstone project the group developed a market entry plan for India."
