Business Simulation (Business Game)
Definition
A business simulation is a computer-based company simulation in which teams take decisions on pricing, production, investment, staffing and marketing across several virtual business years and immediately see their effect on market share, cash flow and profit. Modern versions use AI-driven competitors, avatars for negotiation and customer conversations, and data-driven real-time feedback. Business games are the core tool of experiential learning in MBA programmes.
Example: "In the business simulation five teams ran competing companies over eight rounds."
