Students who embark on the EMBA journey achieve such transformation by deepening their subject matter knowledge across the discipline of management. By working in diverse teams throughout this rigorous study programme, travelling to study abroad and being exposed to faculty and industry leaders from around the globe, students expand their network across industries, increase their intercultural competencies and boost their leadership skills.
The Frankfurt School Executive MBA is designed to fit into a compact time model that is respectful of busy agendas, minimizes time away from the office and allows for a balanced education. The Executive MBA is a part time programme that allows you to remain employed while studying with us. It is conducted over 18 months and usually takes place at the campus in Frankfurt.
We are aware that sometimes your professional or private lives will require you to travel unexpectedly. Therefore, you will be able to join classes online exceptionally. Classes are scheduled well in advance.
The required time on campus is quite compact – making it manageable to plan your work-life-study commitments. 1 EMBA opening event late September (1x Friday – Sunday), 3 block weeks (3x Monday – Saturday) and 12 extended weekends (12x Friday – Sunday).
In addition, extracurricular workshops or activities are available throughout the programme (mostly on Friday mornings before the classes start), e.g. the opening weekend in September the „Future of Management Summit“ and „Leading by Example“ (e.g. public speaking, body language, managing diverse teams, managing millennials) and the „Women’s Leadership Academy“.
