Female Representation on Supervisory Boards: Quota of German Listed Companies Stagnates

The proportion of women on the executive boards of listed German companies stagnated at 19% in 2023; the situation is similar on supervisory boards. Despite initiatives, structural barriers that prevent women from rising to top positions remain.
