Work ethic and ambition: Young people aren't that lazy at all

Contrary to the cliché, young people of Gen Z, according to FAZ studies (11.08.2026), are not work-shy but value meaningfulness and work-life balance. Their ambition manifests itself in new priorities that companies and MBA programs must consider for successful recruitment.
